This website doesn’t store anything on your device. No cookies, no tracking, no analytics, no advertising. That is why you haven’t been asked to accept anything — there isn’t anything to accept.
UK rules say a website must get your permission before storing things on your device or reading things from it — unless what it’s storing is strictly necessary to provide the thing you asked for.
We checked the whole site: the main pages, the reservation form and the wedding consultation portal. As a visitor or a customer, nothing is stored on your device at any point. Not a cookie, not anything in your browser’s local storage. So there’s nothing to ask you about.
There is one thing worth mentioning for completeness. When the booking pages open, they check your browser for leftovers from earlier versions of the site and clear any out. That’s a tidy-up of our own making — it only ever looks for our own labels, it puts nothing there, and on your device it will almost certainly find nothing at all.
A banner that appears, gets dismissed and changes nothing is just another thing to tap. We’d rather tell you plainly what happens, which is: nothing.
Staff signing in to the admin screens do get a cookie, because there’s no way to keep someone signed in without one. It’s strictly necessary for a service they’ve asked for, so it doesn’t need consent. It never applies to customers. For completeness:

Both are what’s called HttpOnly, which means the page’s own code can’t read them and neither can anyone else’s. The admin screens also remember a few working preferences on the staff member’s own device — which stylist’s diary they were last looking at, that sort of thing. None of it leaves that device and none of it concerns customers.
The site’s typefaces come from Google Fonts. Your browser fetches them from Google’s servers when a page loads, which means Google sees your IP address, as it would for any image or file loaded from another website.
Google Fonts doesn’t set cookies and nothing you type on our site is involved. We mention it because it’s the only request that leaves our own servers, and we’d rather you heard it from us. We’re looking at serving the fonts ourselves, which would remove even that.
We genuinely don’t know how many people visit the site or what they look at. Our hosting provider keeps brief technical logs for security, as any host does.
If we ever add something that stores information on your device — analytics, for instance — we’ll ask you first, in a way that makes refusing as easy as accepting, and we’ll update this page before doing it, not after.
